Position Overview: We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure HubSpot is being leveraged to its fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage all aspects of HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customization, and user management.
Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity within HubSpot.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to support business operations.
Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and pipeline tracking to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Support marketing automation initiatives such as email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.
Own integrations to sales adjacent systems and programs
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HubSpot users across the organization.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify CRM needs and implement solutions.
Stay updated with HubSpot product updates and recommend best practices for adoption.

Improve the efficiency of lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting by building automated workflows and dashboards.
Drive adoption of HubSpot across the organization by training and supporting team members to maximize CRM usage.
Maintain data integrity and consistency, ensuring leadership has accurate visibility into performance and growth metrics.
Act as a trusted partner to sales and marketing teams, aligning HubSpot functionality with business strategies to accelerate growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
HubSpot certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, or CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot configuration, controls, workflows, reporting, project management, and process tracking. Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot CMS or WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Education/Experience:
Three to Five (3-5) years of experience working as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Specialist, or in a similar role.
Proven track record of building workflows, sequences, and automated campaigns in HubSpot.
Hands-on experience with dashboard creation, pipeline customization, and reporting.
Experience supporting sales and marketing teams with CRM adoption and process improvements.
Familiarity with integrations between HubSpot and other SaaS tools.
Previous experience in a fast-paced IT solutions or tech environment (preferred).
