Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Vienna, VA / Tysons Corner (onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a pleasant, polished, proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will support various departments, including HR, Sales, Marketing, and Client Services toward fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Smiles and is pleasant
  • Greets people effectively.
  • Manages and directs incoming telephone calls
  • Answers calls timely and courteously.
  • Directs calls promptly and accurately.
  • Greets visitors upon entry courteously.
  • Assists those visitors by giving directions and/ or contacting the person they have come to visit.
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Manages office supplies and storage closet inventory
  • Assists with facilitating onsite events for internal and external clients
  • Demonstrates customer service skills in every interaction via phone or in person:
  • Demonstrates initiative and emotional intelligence.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
  • Assists with special tasks or projects.
  • Performs duties related to mail handling and filing as needed.
  • Maintains the front area for visitors.
  • Order supplies, as directed.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Others as directed by the supervisor or administrator
  • Performs other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or GED required  
  • Associates / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years previous experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
